Returns
- You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition you received them.
- To initiate a return, please contact us at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return.
- Once your return request is approved, we’ll provide return instructions. Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrect.
Refunds
- After receiving and inspecting your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days and credited back to your original method of payment.
- Please note: Refunds are only issued for eligible returned items. Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return the original product for a refund and place a new order.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene or safety reasons, certain items (like water bottles, used camping gear, or personal accessories) may not be eligible for return. This will be noted clearly on the product page.
